“Aw, do you really need to stay covered?”

My words trailed after Violet as we made our way into the bedroom. Her towel matched my mine where it sat, covering her torso and the upper part of her thighs. The bath had been lovely, of course. A nice way to relax and talk after she’d returned home earlier today. However, it was very hard to keep myself under control while sitting across from her, even harder to maintain eye contact. Still, I managed to behave myself. Mostly, anyway. Now that we were in our room, though, there was very little in between me and what I currently desired more than anything.

“Didn’t get your fill?” Violet’s tone was a little playful, and I suspected she already knew the answer. All she had to do was follow my gaze to figure it out.

“What? No way! Not when you’ve been gone almost two weeks.”

Twelve days. Twelve days of separation while Violet was on assignment. It was the longest stretch we’d been apart and, by the end, I was thankful she didn’t do longer jobs more often. Hearing this, Violet let a soft chuckle slip from her lips, but otherwise continued until she came to a stop at our dresser. I continued right on her heels, biding my time. Looking for the perfect moment to strike.

Once there, she picked up one of the long, red ribbons she used to tie her hair before lifting her arms to do so. Probably in a ponytail, if I had to guess. Not that it mattered, she wouldn’t get that far. With her arms raised, I took the opportunity to step forward so I could reach around to her front. My hands quickly found the knot that held the towel closed and then unclasped it. After it dropped away in my hands, I stepped back and held it up for her to see with a wide grin on my face. Of course, she stopped and let the bunch of hair she’d gathered fall back down before turning her head and regarding me with a raised eyebrow.

“Pleased with yourself?”

She continued turning her body until she faced me completely and my eyes didn’t hesitate to drop so I could drink in the sight of her. Even after all these years, I couldn’t get enough of the lithe figure in front of me. I loved the undercurrent of muscle that ran throughout. From the toned legs up through her stomach and on to her shoulders. I enjoyed it almost as much as her perky breasts and the light pink nipples that sat at their peak. I thought she looked like a goddess carved from marble…and I fully intended to worship.

“Very pleased.”

I replied and then dropped the towel in my hand. A second later, I stepped towards her again, a hand raised and outstretched to have that first touch. However, Violet was nimble. My hand only passed through the air as she sidestepped and then spun around me until she was gone from my view. I tried to turn, but one solitary finger on my shoulder kept me facing where she had been a second ago.

“Uh-uh. Not before you drop your towel. Would you do that for me, please?”

“Yes…”

I could draw this out and make it more enticing, but my eagerness betrayed me and I released my towel in a flash. Now there was nothing between us. Violet stepped up behind me then and pressed her chest into my back before bringing her face down next to mine.

“Yes, what? I believe I taught you manners at some point.”

The words, as much as the warm breath that played across my ear, elicited a shiver and the smallest of groans before my smile grew.

“Yes, Ms. Evergarden.”

Oh, how I loved it when Ms. Evergarden graced our bedroom with her presence, even if I was too embarrassed to say it aloud. My body always gave it away though, and I could already feel a heat building in the pit of my stomach.

She planted a kiss on my cheek and then straightened but didn’t move away. Almost reflexively, my hands moved back to let my fingers trace across her outer thigh. Hungry for the soft skin they danced across. Which was exactly what Violet was waiting for. I felt the ribbon wrap around one of my wrists, snaring it completely before she took a step back. Hmm, I should’ve known the trap was set, but it didn’t matter because I would willingly walk into such a thing time and time again.

“Your hands like to wander.”

“They do, Ms. Evergarden. They lack…restraint.”

My words brought out a faint exhale from behind me. An amusement mirrored in my expression.

“Well, we’ll that take care of that.”

Violet finished tying the first knot, keeping the ribbon secured in place on my wrist. When she finished, I felt a hand come up and brush across my back, moving my wine-colored hair to the side and exposing my neck to her view.

“Do you need a lesson, then? A refresher?”

Her voice filled more of my ear as she got closer and a heartbeat later, I felt her lips land on my shoulder. Then another right to the inside of the first. Heavens above, I did.

“I do, Ms. Evergarden…”

The words choked off in a whimper as the line of kisses ended at the base of my neck. Another groan followed when she pulled away, one much more needy in tenor.

“Very well.”

Though I couldn’t hear her move, Violet once again appeared in my vision. Her face had fallen into the stoic expression she so often wore and my eyes were drawn to hers first and foremost. Her piercing blue eyes. Crystal clear and focused on me with an intensity that made my knees weaken where I stood. As she walked around me, Violet pulled the captured wrist along by the ribbon until she reached down and brought my free hand up from where it waited at my side. Naturally, I offered no resistance.

“A lady must be poised. Patient.” Following her words, Violet brought my wrists together and began to wrap the ribbon around both. Her words caused me to stand a little taller and straighten my back. I wanted to impress my teacher, after all. “She has her desires, but controls them until the moment is right.”

“Yes, Ms. Evergarden.”

She finished the knot, securing them together in only a minute. Afterward, her hands dropped away, and I tested the strength of it. It was tight, but not overly so. I could twist my wrists as I pleased and she left enough ribbon free that I could reach out with my fingers and undo it myself. A simple precaution, but a reassuring one that let me fall deeper into the moment without worry. She was always so thoughtful and careful with me. Still, I very much doubted I’d be taking that out anytime soon. Ms. Evergarden’s lessons were too delightful to miss out on.

After giving me some time to look, Violet stepped forward and hooked a finger through the ribbon, using it to pull me closer to her. Finally, our lips met in a passionate kiss that must have been stoked from a long absence. A kiss much less chaste than what we could offer each other in front of friends and family upon her return. I felt her tongue slowly trace along my bottom lip and I opened my mouth to permit its entrance without hesitation. My own rushed out to meet it, gently stroking and coaxing it deeper.

The small fire that had blossomed in my stomach was steadily spreading now, growing in my chest and down between my legs. Soon my whole body would be engulfed. More groans of pleasure escaped my mouth and my fingers stretched out to run along the flat of her stomach. At this, Violet withdrew her lips and opened her eyes to fix me with a stare.

“Poise and Patience, Ms. Bartlett.” Damn it. Did I mention she was a dedicated teacher? Always with her eye on the lesson. “Now, come with me.”

Violet tugged my wrist again and started to walk backwards towards the bed, pulling me along with eyes still locked. When we arrived beside it, she reached up and removed my glasses before placing them on the bedside table for safekeeping. Now that I was ready, she titled her to the side to indicate the bed.

“In you go, please. On your back and in the center.”

“Yes, Ms. Evergarden.”

Even with my hands bound, I excitedly made my way across the top before turning and throwing myself into the pillows that lined the headboard. After I settled, Violet got on hands and knees to follow along my path. However, her movements contained much more grace than my own. She was stunning. As I watched, my heart felt as though it might burst out of my chest and land on the duvet next to me.

Mercifully, she didn’t make me wait long before hooking one leg over my body and sitting atop my hips. A weight I would gladly bear. Unfortunately for me, poise and patience are two things I was lacking and my hands moved to once again try their luck. One touch was all I needed. Anything would do. A thigh, her stomach, a breast. However, she caught my hands halfway between us and shook her head while letting out a few soft tuts.

“No.”

It’s amazing how much one word can melt you, especially when you don’t want to hear it. Still, I let Violet guide my hands back behind my head, finally depositing them on the pillow behind me.

“These stay here.”

Or else? What consequences would I suffer if I disobeyed? Whatever they may be, I didn’t want to find out. Not yet, at least.

“I understand, Ms. Evergarden.”

Even though I signaled my compliance, her hand remained atop mine. She placed her other right above my navel then and began walking it at an easy pace up my torso. Each little “footfall” felt like ice against my skin. Violet’s arms were usually a little cool to the touch but, with how hot my body had become, the difference was vivid. Each little step left behind a white imprint that soon filled with the flush present on so much of my skin.

Eventually, both her hands held mine against the pillow, allowing her to lay atop me, pressing our chests together. Her mouth hovered not even an inch above mine and I could feel the gentle air coming from even, controlled breaths. I wanted so badly to crane my neck and close that distance. To capture her mouth and wrestle my arms around her neck, using the bindings to help keep her in place. A battle raged in my mind, but my self-control won out.

Poise. Patience. 

A few more heartbeats and the barest hint of a smile graced Violet’s lips so I must have passed my test. My reward came when she lowered herself and fell upon my lips with a fervor I didn’t expect. Perhaps someone had missed me as much as I missed them? That thought normally would’ve wrought a smirk of my own but, at this moment, it faded to nothing. Lost to the affections she heaped upon me.

Even in this bliss my arms still flexed against hers and my back arched to further meld our bodies together. Little moans escaped into her mouth and all the while, that need continued to build between my legs. When we finally needed air, Violet broke the kiss and I felt her hands ease the pressure off mine.

After a few deep breaths, she leaned back in but it wasn’t my lips she was aiming for. Instead, her kiss landed on my neck, just below my jaw. The next fell a little lower and soon a trail of delicate kisses adorned my skin. The one on my collarbone came with a little nip from her teeth, eliciting a louder moan now that my lips were free.

“A lady is quiet, so she doesn’t wake others.”

“Yes, Ms. Evergarden.”

If my hands had been free, and allowed to move, that would’ve been a lot easier to accomplish. Instead, I opted to press my lips together until they became a thin line. Anything to help! Violet’s kisses resumed then, falling down my sternum in a straight line until they veered off to one side. Right towards one of my breasts. Only for her lips to move around the outside, far away from my nipple. Ugh, I was truly going to learn tonight.

The anticipation was killing me by this point, and my breathing became deeper as I summoned reserves of willpower from anywhere I could. I needed it all so I could refrain from shifting my body to seek the contact myself. After one full, agonizing circle following the curve, I finally saw Violet’s tongue slip out from between her lips. My breath hitched at the sight of it and, when it finally pulled across the stiff flesh of my nipple, I had to suck in my lip to bite it. The first lick was slow and ended with Violet restarting her circle.

After a whimper of protest and a slight squirming of my body, I released my lip from between my teeth.

“Please, Vi–…Ms. Evergarden. Please.”

A lady asks nicely, after all.

Almost immediately, she returned to the nipple and brought it fully into her mouth. There, her tongue and lips did the most wonderful things. Swirled. Pulled. Squeezed it against the roof of her mouth and suckled. Things that made my hands grip the pillow so tight my knuckles turned white. After a glorious minute, it fell from her mouth with a faint sucking noise before she pounced on the next. Whereupon she immediately set to work repeating those same pleasures.

While I was receiving such delights, I scraped together enough forethought to shift my thigh between Violet’s legs. Just enough that she could use my soft skin, and the friction it provided, to stoke her flames. Her movements were subtle, but the faint slickness left behind on my skin was clue enough. It also confirmed my earlier suspicions and mirrored my arousal. Though, I had little doubt I was wetter after the attention I’d received. The line of kisses resumed, and I finally closed my eyes and let my head fall back into the pillow. Cutting off the sight of Violet making her way further down my stomach. However, I still knew exactly where she was. I tracked each kiss with a focus that rivaled a hound on the chase. Following the last one below my navel, Violet sat up and placed a hand on either knee. I shuddered at the contact but parted my legs before she even had a chance to apply pressure.

At this point, I couldn’t decide if not watching was making the wait better or worse. I ultimately decided to keep my eyes closed, following her movements by touch alone. Her hands shifted from my knees then, dropping down my legs as she leaned forward. I felt her touch transition from the metal of her arms to the skin of her shoulders as she did so. After she settled, I felt her lips press to my inner thigh, causing it to flex in response. My legs widened more, and I raised my hips slightly, but otherwise waited.

“You’re being very patient, Ms. Bartlett. Well done.”

If Violet hadn’t spent the last few minutes turning me into a puddle, I may have laughed or beamed at the praise. But all I could do was open my eyes and tilt my head to find her gazing back up at me. She held my eyes, but turned her head enough to place a kiss on my other thigh, always giving each its due.

“Patience and poise.” I managed to squeeze the words out but they were shakier than I wanted. Still, my response caused one corner of Violet’s lips to curve up before she lowered her head further. I felt her tongue brush against my slit only a moment later after what felt like ages without it. Dramatic? Maybe.

The sensation sent a shiver up my spine, and I was very eager for her to get to work. Though Violet doesn’t like to use her fingers, she more than makes up for it with her mouth. A talent I can only imitate poorly. However, just because she’s hit her mark doesn’t mean I can expect a sweet release. Not yet. It’s a fact that both vexes me and makes my heart pump faster with excitement. There’s beauty in that slow build and it’s a skill that requires dedication. Luckily, I have the most devoted partner and the most amazing teacher.

I can feel her exploring every bit of me while I lay there, as if she’s confirming all the spots that make my breath come up short and my fingers clench. She knows them so well and attends to each in time, but only long enough to take me one step higher without the risk of pushing me over the edge. Of course, I can’t help but squirm from all the attention. It feels too fucking good not to. The pleasure is drawing out a part of me that can’t be bothered to play along. Perhaps sensing this, or simply wanting me to stop moving so much, Violet dropped her hands to cup my ass and pull me tight against her mouth. Right before her path of exploration led her to my clit. Not that I minded in the slightest because I was in paradise. As she continued, she lifted me further off the bed and let her shoulders bear more of my weight. Before I could get any other words out, I had to replace my hand over my mouth. There was a brief moment where my mind was trying desperately to come out of the fog of my climax while wrestling with her continued onslaught. When it did emerge, it only found more pleasure waiting. I wanted it. I needed it. And I didn’t care about anything else.

I dropped my hands then and settled them in those blonde tresses. Even if it meant more moans would pour out of my mouth. There I grasped firmly because something told me I was going to need it. This would all be much easier had my wrists not been tied together and I strained against the ribbon to get as best a hold as I could. I was desperate to grab her head and encourage her further. Replaced with groans that were bordering on something more inhuman. That is what she did to me. Filled my brain with nothing but desire and made every nerve ending come alight with pleasure. After I came a second time, my vision blurred at the edges and, when I closed my eyes, I swear it was like seeing the night sky above.

At this point, it didn’t even register when Violet finally stopped. I could only lay limply on the bed, completely drained. There was a faint sheen of sweat over my body and I wore the biggest, dumbest grin I probably ever had. My hands pulled away to rest on my stomach and, now that she was free, Violet crawled back up my body to lie beside me.

“Did you enjoy yourself, Ms. Bartlett?”

I must’ve been quite the sight because she also had a wide grin on her face. All I could manage in response was to silently nod my head a few times. Violet chuckled and then moved to untie my hands, pulling the first knot undone and then removing the second so she could discard the ribbon over the side of the bed. When they were free, I managed to raise them and wrap them around her neck so I could pull her to me with what little strength I could muster. I kept pulling until we kissed and I poured every ounce of gratitude I could into it. Tasting myself on her lips and letting it say what I hadn’t so far. Once we parted, Violet planted one more kiss on my cheek and then lay in the crook of my neck. Content to let our bodies mingle and share the warmth as I recovered.

“That was…amazing. I want more…” I can be so needy sometimes, but who could blame me?

“More? Already? You might pass out if I give you another.” Violet’s words were laced with amusement, but I knew she would if I pressed it. I was greedy and she spoiled me.

“Not now, there is something else I need to attend to first.” At this, Violet turned her head inquisitively and knit her eyebrows together.

“Oh? What’s that?”

Ah, how nice it was to catch her in a trap for a change. Now that I’d rested, I could summon the strength for what came next. While one hand came up to push on Violet’s shoulder, I rolled my hips and legs where they sat intertwined with hers. When we came to a stop, I was planted solidly on top, looking down at her with a sly smile on my face.

“You, love.”

This earned me an eye roll so intense I thought they might disappear, never to be seen again. But it didn’t matter. It was my turn.
